Overview

This is an illustrative case showing how 128 Supply Chain supports European cross-border sellers using an overseas warehouse plus last-mile parcel delivery. All figures are reference ranges.

Shipment profile

  • Cargo type: e-commerce goods, mixed SKUs
  • Origin: China
  • Destination: EU member states (multiple markets)
  • Model: overseas warehouse fulfilment + last-mile parcel carriers

Process

  1. Consolidation and export: SKUs consolidated at the origin warehouse, export declaration filed.
  2. Ocean freight: FCL shipment to a European port.
  3. EU customs clearance: import declaration and duty payment handled.
  4. Overseas warehouse intake: cargo unloaded, checked against ASN and put away on racking.
  5. Order fulfilment: pick-and-pack per e-commerce order, then handover to local parcel carriers for last-mile delivery.

Reference outcomes (illustrative)

  • Sea transit to EU: approximately 30–40 days.
  • Warehouse intake to first outbound parcel: within 24–48 hours of stock being put away.
  • Last-mile delivery: typically 2–5 business days within the EU.

Notes

Final pricing depends on cargo volume, SKU count and destination countries. See [Europe dedicated line](/en-US/services/europe) or [request a quote](/en-US/quote).
