Unlike industry-standard quotes, we publish the estimated time and the corresponding on-time commitment for each specific route in every quotation, and delayed deliveries are compensated under our service agreement.

Yes — FBA first-mile shipping is our core service, and we are an Amazon SEND carrier, FIST carrier and SPN service provider. We deliver cargo directly to Amazon fulfilment centres across the USA, Canada and Europe (including Italy and Germany), completing carton labelling, palletising and FBA-compliant document preparation before shipment. Our standard Matson fast-sea route to US FBA warehouses takes 13-16 days, and the regular ocean route takes 18-23 days. We handle all FBA-specific requirements to minimise receiving delays and extra storage fees.
