Account-opening form
Submit our account-opening form with company and contact details; once approved, your client profile and TMS portal access are activated.

File shipment details online
Log in and enter each shipment's details: bilingual product names, declared value, estimated carton dimensions/volume and weight, HS code, battery/magnetic attributes.

Print labels, apply & hand over
Generate and print waybill barcodes in the system, have the shipper apply them to the cartons, then tender the cargo to our service team for warehouse receiving.

Inbound inspection, pricing & loading
Cartons are inspected on arrival; actual weight and volume are verified to confirm the final rate, then cargo is palletized and stuffed for departure.

Track every milestone live
Log in to the TMS portal anytime for real-time customs, line-haul, clearance and last-mile status.

Last-mile express / truck delivery & payment
After arrival at the overseas warehouse we de-stuff and sort the cargo, then arrange last-mile express delivery (UPS/FedEx in the US, UPS in Canada, UPS/DHL/DPD in Europe and the UK) or dedicated truck delivery to FBA warehouses and commercial addresses; settle the invoice to complete the order.

Matson vessels berth at a dedicated private terminal with dedicated chassis, so containers can be pulled without an appointment — avoiding the congestion queues at the public Long Beach/Los Angeles terminals. Vessels are estimated to arrive 11 days after sailing, with FBA check-in typically completed in 13-15 days.
Through our own bonded warehouses in Belgium, Poland and Germany: one compliant entry declaration releases cargo for free circulation across EU member states. VAT deferment avoids upfront import VAT, EDI-linked pre-filing keeps our inspection rate low.
West Coast (postcodes 80-95, except 96-99): 1-2 day trucking from our LA warehouse. Central US (4-7 and 96-99): 2-4 days via our Dallas hub. East Coast (0-3): 3-5 days via our New York/Savannah port network.
DG energy storage and pure lithium batteries move on dedicated DG channels with UN38.3, MSDS and DG packaging certificates. Cosmetics, liquids, pastes, food and supplements move on DDP duty-paid sensitive-cargo lanes with formal documentation and compliant clearance into the EU, US and Japan.
Every shipment carries a genuine China Pacific Insurance cargo policy with a verifiable policy number and USD direct claims. Where claims criteria are met, 128's own advance compensation fund pays out first — insurance paperwork is handled in the background with zero hassle.
